I'm going to the Landing. . . .
Thai Landing is my favorite Thai restaurant in Charm City. In my opinion, it is the best Thai food in Baltimore. If you want to experience fresh ingredients, amazing flavor, a warm and friendly environment, and the spiciest Thai cuisine around town, then this is the place to go. And here's the best thing, a big dinner for two with drinks is under $60.
Thai Landing's atmosphere is relaxed and simple. Although some may find the decor to be less than luxurious, the people working there are what make this restaurant worth going to over and over again. Charlie is a very knowledgeable man. He grows his own hydroponic chilis and shares stories and information about Thailand and its food with me all the time. Mo and Karn are my favorite waiters. Pam is the head lady and hostess. And "A" heads the kitchen and makes the best damn Panang sauce you've ever had in your life! He also has a great sense of humor and shares a passion for photography.
At this point I would consider the people at Thai Landing my friends. I have been going there for the past 2 years now. I would encourage everyone to give it a try, and if you need any suggestions, just call me up and I'll tell you what to order!
I have now returned from the precious Thai Landing. It was perfect!
